Shipping Fee
Shipping is free for orders totaling 4,950 yen (tax included) or more.
Standard shipping costs are 600 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*If the delivery address is Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa Prefecture, or a remote island, an additional shipping fee of 400 yen will be charged.
<Delivery time>
We will ship within 10 business days .
However, please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.
<Shipping Method>
The shipping method will be determined by our shop and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific time slots or dates.
<Regarding damage during delivery>
When packing, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched before preparing it for shipping.
However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may be caused by the delivery company.
We ask for your understanding that there may be dents or scratches on the outer box, provided that they do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
