A: Apply 3 to 4 drops once a week for about 3 months.

A: It is a blend of synthetic and natural fragrances.
Q:Do aroma oils contain alcohol?
A:It does not contain alcohol.
Q: What is the shelf life of aroma oil?
A: 1 year after opening. 3 years if unopened.
Q: Can aroma oils be applied directly to the skin?
A: Do not apply directly to the skin.
Q: Can this be used with electric diffusers?

Q: Do you have the roll-on fragrances shown on Instagram?
A: We are currently developing a new product. It is scheduled to be released around next spring. Once the release date is decided, we will announce it on Instagram.

Q:How many days will it take to deliver after I place my order?
A: It will be shipped within 10 business days.
Q: Can I specify a delivery date and time or a delivery company?
A: We are very sorry, but we are not able to do so.

From an eco-friendly perspective (conservation of the natural environment), our store has digitized receipts and will send them by email to customers who request them.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange products?
A: Returns and exchanges of products are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product. As a general rule, returns and exchanges of products are limited to unopened items.
In the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged due to reasons attributable to our company, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

A: After we have confirmed the return of the product, we will refund the product price.

A: Sorry, we do not have special carrier bags available.
Q: Can you provide packaging and gift tags?
A: We do not provide gift wrapping paper. Sorry.
